Service Description

Form 1 Consultation Services to get your form 1 prepared and submitted to the ATF. Form 1's can be used to convert your pistol/receiver/rifle into a short-barreled rifle, shotgun into a short-barreled shotgun, receiver into a destructive device, or create an AOW. Initial appointment and one included firearm are $60 and each additional firearm will be $20. Please ensure to bring ALL of the following: - Copy of NFA Trust (if filling as a trust) - Digital or Hard copy, notaries are available at GFL by appointment. For every responsible person on the trust, bring the following - Driver's License - 2x Filled out FD-258 Fingerprint cards or digital EFT file*** - Passport style photo on plain white background, digital file preferred - Firearm(s) that you need help filing for (each additional firearm is $20) - Debit/credit card for eForm 1 tax stamp, if applicable Cancellation and Rescheduling -- If you do not bring all the required documents you will need to reschedule the appointment. If you find that you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason you get a one-time opportunity to reschedule with no extra fees. If you do not notify us of rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment you need to purchase another appointment to get another time slot. Electronic Fingerprint Info -- We strongly recommend using digital fingerprint files to expedite the process. We can create these electronic files during your scheduled time, but a $30 fee will be added per person to capture/produce these files. If you would like to receive a copy of your fingerprints for any use other than our Form 1 consultation, we offer that for $65. Physical Fingerprint Cards -- If you choose to do physical fingerprint cards instead, you will need to mail your 2x FD258 cards (per responsible person) to the ATF within 2-3 days after the appointment. We STRONGLY recommend you have cards in hand before the appointment to avoid disapprovals. Or utilize the electronic fingerprint service we offer.

Cancellation Policy

For training class cancellations, please contact us no later than 48 hours prior. Lane reservations may be cancelled up until 1 hour prior.
