22 Rifle Challenge

This is a 5 event series, competing in 3 out of the 5 puts you in the drawing for a free CZ 457 .22lr bolt action rifle! 

All Stages are 10 rds and 2 min Par time. Start in position rifle loaded, safety on. Support gear may be

use as appropriate for the position called for in the stage description. ( sling, bipod, rear bag etc.) any

22lr rifle May be used than can load/ fire 10 rds Single shot rifle allowed but the time limits are the

same. The targets are small so Iron sights and red dots may limit hits on the smallest targets. Target size

range from 0.25” to 4”

5 shooters will shoot at one time. Then rotate to the next stage to shoot that stage. On deck shooters

will spot hits for the shooters and fill out score cards.

Stage 1 Lane 1 Start in the kneeling position off the low table. Shoot the targets ( little Green Army

men). from right to left with one hit each. Then repeat. Targets at 75 ft

Stage 2 Lane 2 prone supported Shoot the KYL rack from Large to small must hit to move to next target.

If shooter hits all targets in 8 shots they can reengage the smaller target with the 2 extra rds. Targets at

75 ft

Stage 3 Lane 3 Standing unsupported Engage the Coke cans with 2 hits each. At 75 ft Hang from target

carrier

Stage 4 Lane 4 Sitting off cross bar Start in position, engage the targets with 2 rds each Small steel

targets mounted Low Targets at 75 ft & 50 ft ft use small steel targets on wood box & stands 5

targets shot in order

Stage 5 Laner 5 start in position on Ladder with rifle on top rung. Engage top target on dueling tree with

2 rounds. Move down one rung and engage next lower target with 2 shots. Must change position after

every 2 shots.
